In addition to helping you make your own event run smoothly, a consultant will save you time and money. With today’s busy and hectic life-styles, many do not have the time, energy or resources to pull together a successful event. KAS events will work with you to customize your event to fit your budget and in the time frame you desire.
How can a bridal consultant help me?
We are a typical family in the 2000’s with divorced relatives and busy, working parents. How can you help? With brides and parents working, a bridal consultant can handle all the time-consuming details of planning your wedding. KAS events will do as much or as little as you need. We will work with you to blend the needs of all family members. We will eliminate additional stress when dealing with stepparents, stepchildren, etc. We will save you time, reduce stress and allow you to concentrate on having fun!
What will a consultant charge?
A consultant can charge a percent of the cost of the wedding. Some consultants charge an hourly rate, a fixed fee, or a combination of both. All these methods are acceptable, but should be discussed at your initial consultation. A simple written plan/agreement is helpful at this time.
Can I afford a consultant?
When planning a wedding, a wedding consultant is part of your budget and not an extra expense! She will save you valuable time and money. Above all, the consultant will work with you to produce your special event all within your budget.
Do I really need a bridal consultant?

They want to make those important decisions on their own, but when it comes to the final few weeks they need someone to act as an advisor, facilitator and sometimes crisis manager. We at KAS events will be that extra pair of hands that you will need to get everyone to be at the right place at the right time. We can also offer several of our own personal touches to help customize your event and make it special for the entire family. We will take care of all details allowing you to relax, enjoy your guests and create memories for a lifetime!
KAS events specialize in day of event services for today’s busy bride. We can arrange, coordinate and facilitate the rehearsal and wedding day activities. We will attend to the bride, bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen the day of the wedding. We are available to, but not limited to:
- pin on boutonniere and corsages for the bridal party and family members
- ensure everyone gets down the aisle as they should
- be at the reception location before the guests arrive to ensure everything is in order
- most importantly, take care of any potential disasters! We take your wedding very personally and will assist you with every detail.
