SURPRISE… KELLY’S 13! KAS events assisted with a surprise 13th Birthday party for a fabulous young lady named Kelly. She was totally surprised and was so excited when she got there!!! The party was hosted at The Provost Club House in the Village of West Clay. It was a pool party with a “surfer” theme. About 55 kids showed up to celebrate Kelly’s birthday with her. Would you believe, non of her friends “spilled the beans” … how awesome! The party stated out with swimming and hanging out by the pool, followed by dancing to music provided by The Heartbreaks. The kids had a great time while munching on hotdogs & burgers from the grill, chips, “Surf’s Up Punch”, candy from the “Candy Shack” and delicious birthday cake. Each guest received a pair of sunglasses, a “Surfer” beaded necklace and a Hawaiian bandana. I don’t think there was a dull moment from the moment the first guest arrived!

KAS events assisted with all decorations, setting up and tearing down party, creating surf boards to be on display, building a “tiki hut” for the DJ, renting the Club House, arranging for lifeguards to be on duty, providing the grill for the food, greeting the kids as they arrived, maintaining flow of the party, assisting with any and all of the DJ’s questions and concerns, worked hand and hand with parents of the birthday girl and made sure all the kids had a great time!!

Our second annual summer picnic with Goelzer was held on July 9, 2006. KAS events assisted in several details from the day we were hired!! KAS events worked hand and hand with Sheri at Goelzer. Working together we managed to throw an awesome picnic that was fun for the entire family!! The event took place at Southeastway Park, located in Franklin township in Marion County. KAS events set up all games, crafts, tables, decorations, balloons, prizes, favors, and much much more! We had games for both adults and children including; two legged race, egg toss, water balloon toss, relay races, wiffle ball, bocce ball and more. We had a craft table set up for the children to make door decorations, sunglasses and foam signs. We had trivia for all Goelzer employees and much more!! The food was catered by Malone’s Catering. Throughout the day Goelzer employees got to enjoy time with their families and co-workers in a non-working environment. The mood was very relaxing and fun to ensure that everyone truly enjoyed the day!!

KAS events assisted with a 7th grade Valentine’s Day dance held at The Provost Club House, located in the Village of West Clay. KAS events assited with everything from food to decorations to music to invitations! About 50 kids that LOVE to dance attended the party. Provost Club House was a perfect for this small Valentine’s Dance! DJ and dancing was in one room and the food was in a “lounge” room. The kids had a great time!!

KAS events was hired to help assist with an at home purse party hosted by a physician who’s daily schedule does not allow her enough hours in the day to hire caterers, rent tables and linens, shop for beverages and set up for the evening. This is where KAS events came in handy! KAS events rented all tables, linens, purchased appetizers and beverages, hired caterers for the main dish, set-up tables, bar, “purse table”, prepared appetizers, assisted with all guest needs, cleaned up after event was over, straightened up the kitchen and most importantly allowed the hostess to enjoy the evening.
