Welcome

Becky and Kyle hosted their wedding on Labor Day Week-end 2006.

This extended (4 day) week-end made extra days available to host such fun events as: a Bridal Luncheon, Men’s Golf Outing and Bridesmaid’s Day of Beauty! They were married at the Zionsville Fellowship Church with a lovely plated dinner served by Kahn’s Catering at the Eiteljorg Museum . The outdoor galleries served as a beautiful area to gather before going to the large hallway passage for cocktails and drinks.  A large outdoor patio connected to the banquet room, by 3 sets of French doors, led this young crowd to a customized ”Cigar Bar” especially dedicated to both “dads”. Long, lovely red and white calla lilies were bundled and carried by the bride and her attendants were created by Kathy’s Kloset . Green apples placed in tall glass cylinders centered on every other dining table carried out the “apple” theme.  The 200+ friends and family attending danced ‘til midnight with songs provided by DJ's Direct . KAS events provided full service for this wedding by accommodating all the needs of the bride’s parents (who relocated to Pennsylvania just after the engagement) and a busy professional bride.  KAS events assisted with vendor selections for the flowers, invitations, favors, music, and hospitality bags.  KAS events provided additional help with the selection processes in such areas as reception layout, wedding gown fittings and dress pick-up from Beth Dickerson with A Perfect Fit Alterations and golf outing favors from Celestial Designs. Alanna Photography was there all day to capture every moment from Becky getting ready to the last dance.

Kristin and Eric were married on October 7, 2006 at the Zionsville Presbyterian Church The bride’s family then hosted an outdoor reception on the grounds of their home. White “twinkle” lights trimmed the tent making it truly a fairytale event.

KAS events starting working with Kristin and her mother, Pam, early on in the wedding planning process. We helped assist them in narrowing down all their vendors, staying on top of a timeline and budge guide provided by KAS events, preparing a day of event timeline, favors, and making sure that Kristin and Pam knew KAS events was only a phone call or email away from any question!

The day of the wedding, KAS events assisted with all bridal party needs, pinning on boutonnières, worked hand and hand with all vendors throughout the day, pre light luminaries at the receptions, assisted guest with parking, cleared and secured wedding gifts and must of all made sure Kristin, Pam and the rest of the bridal party was stress free!

As the 120+ guest arrived to the reception, they were directed down a pathway trimmed with luminaries. This was truly a wedding created with month’s of love, long hours, dedication and creativity by the bride’s family. Every detail was customized with their personal touch and love.  Nana’s House of Flowers provided beautiful fall flowers for the ceremony, bride, groom and bridal party. The chairs, tables and linens were rented by A-Classic Rentals , a convenient and very clean Port a potty was brought in by Hoosier Portable Restrooms and a lovely family style meal was catered by Indy Anna’s Catering . Dan Brand Photography captured all the special moments throughout the day.

Tori and Scott were married on October 14, 2006 at Northwood Christian Church. A special highlight was the bride’s custom made and tailored gown by her mother. This classic wedding went off without a hitch, answering the prayers of this very detailed and organized bride.

Prior to this simply elegant ceremony, KAS events delivered the brides gown to the church, delivered bride and grooms luggage to the hotel, assisted with photos of the bride and groom separately and provided a hospitality table supplied with fresh fruit, cheese, crackers, sandwiches and drinks for all bridal party and family to enjoy.

After the wedding ceremony concluded, Pat with KAS events delivered floral arrangements to the bride and grooms home, while Katie with KAS events was already downtown at the reception site, The Columbia Club , to make sure all menu cards were on each plate, table numbers were on the correct table, place cards were out, 250+ chair covers were on, over 500 votives were light and all the small details were perfect.

As each guest arrived to the Columbia Club, they were greeted with a signature mojito and hand passes appetizers. Floral arrangements by Posh Petals centered each table with vibrant fall colors. Custom matchbooks monogrammed cocktail napkins and individually personalized groom’s cake boxes demonstrated to all who attended the endless details that went into this gala event. At the end of the reception, KAS events cleared all center pieces, votives, cake server and knife, wedding gifts and delivered everything to the brides home.

Joe with Silver Lotus Photography captured all the special moments throughout the day. The 230+ guest, including over 90 first cousins, danced the night away to the Flip Miller Band.  As a special gift for her groom, Tori had a cake designed by Classic Cakes . KAS events cut and boxed the groom’s cake for each guest to take home at the end of the evening. This sweet treat was the perfect finishing touch for the evening
