Welcome

SURPRISE… KELLY’S 13! KAS events assisted with a surprise 13th Birthday party for a fabulous young lady named Kelly. She was totally surprised and was so excited when she got there!!! The party was hosted at The Provost Club House in the Village of West Clay. It was a pool party with a “surfer” theme. About 55 kids showed up to celebrate Kelly’s birthday with her. Would you believe, non of her friends “spilled the beans” … how awesome! The party stated out with swimming and hanging out by the pool, followed by dancing to music provided by The Heartbreaks. The kids had a great time while munching on hotdogs & burgers from the grill, chips, “Surf’s Up Punch”, candy from the “Candy Shack” and delicious birthday cake. Each guest received a pair of sunglasses, a “Surfer” beaded necklace and a Hawaiian bandana. I don’t think there was a dull moment from the moment the first guest arrived!

KAS events assisted with all decorations, setting up and tearing down party, creating surf boards to be on display, building a “tiki hut” for the DJ, renting the Club House, arranging for lifeguards to be on duty, providing the grill for the food, greeting the kids as they arrived, maintaining flow of the party, assisting with any and all of the DJ’s questions and concerns, worked hand and hand with parents of the birthday girl and made sure all the kids had a great time!!

Due to the age of the kids, pictures will not be posted.

Our second annual summer picnic with Goelzer was held on July 9, 2006. KAS events assisted in several details from the day we were hired!! KAS events worked hand and hand with Sheri at Goelzer. Working together we managed to throw an awesome picnic that was fun for the entire family!! The event took place at Southeastway Park, located in Franklin township in Marion County. KAS events set up all games, crafts, tables, decorations, balloons, prizes, favors, and much much more! We had games for both adults and children including; two legged race, egg toss, water balloon toss, relay races, wiffle ball, bocce ball and more. We had a craft table set up for the children to make door decorations, sunglasses and foam signs. We had trivia for all Goelzer employees and much more!! The food was catered by Malone’s Catering. Throughout the day Goelzer employees got to enjoy time with their families and co-workers in a non-working environment. The mood was very relaxing and fun to ensure that everyone truly enjoyed the day!!

What an amazing couple!! Meg and Jerome are two of the nicest and sincere people I have met! They were married on June 3, 2006 with both ceremony and reception at Mavris. Throughout the ceremony, Megan Stout, a professional harpist played several beautiful pieces. KAS events assisted with a handful of pre-wedding decisions as well as all Day of Wedding needs. Meg and Jerome are very organized and detail orientated people, so working with them was a blast! Throughout the actual wedding day, KAS events assisted in lining up bridal party, greeting guest, working hand and hand with catering staff and Mavris Staff, arranged all wedding favors at each place setting, arranged place card table, arranged dessert table and assisted in hanging special “family” artwork around Mavris. KAS events also assisted with all bridal party and family needs throughout the entire day and night along with several other details. At the end of the reception KAS events cleared all tables (plate, glasses, and leftover favors), removed all gifts, champagne goblets, decorations and all other personal items and delivered to Meg and Jerome’s house the next morning. Their photographer was Rejan Westfall with Studio R. Photography. Pictures coming soon :)
