This was KAS events second opportunity to assist Steve & Arlene at their lovely home in Zionsville, while they hosted their annual holiday party for family and friends on the evening of December 18, 2005. KAS events provided a hostess to help greet the guests, hang their coats and assist in all kitchen duties. Arlene prepares all the food ahead of time, so when KAS events arrived at their home, she was allowed the time get ready, relax and enjoy her evening with her guests. A bartender was also provided by KAS events to allow Steve to enjoy the evening as well. Throughout the evening, the KAS events’ staff passed appetizers, refilled food trays, removed empty glasses and used plates. At the end of the evening, KAS events cleaned, cleared and returned the home to a spotless condition. Most importantly KAS events allowed Steve & Arlene to once again enjoy their very special holiday evening.

Goelzer Investment Management, INC. hired KAS event to help coordinate their corporate holiday party on the evening of December 14, 2005. This was KAS events second opportunity to serve Goelzer with their holiday party needs. KAS events provided 2 bartenders, 3 servers and a hostess for the evening. KAS events assisted with the following duties: rented tables, linens and glassware, purchased food and beverages, ordered Ganache party favors, prepared site for event, cleaned up at the conclusion of the evening and worked hand in hand with Goelzer’s staff before, during and after the event. This elegant and once again sucessful holiday party was held at the Chase Bank Building on Monument Circle, in the Goelzer Investment Management Offices.

KAS events assisted Goelzer Investment Management with their first summer corporate family picnic at Eagle Creek Park.

• Organized several games for children & adults
• Supplied game prizes and favors for all who attended
• Provided decorations and entertainment throughout the day
• Facilitated the entire event
• Set up, cleaned & cleared shelter pavilion before and after event

photos by Galleria Studios Photography Erin & Tim live in San Francisco, California, so planning this wedding would not have been possible without several e-mails, phone calls and one-on-one meetings whenever Erin was in town. The guest list consisted of 170 people, 150 of them not residing in Indiana. Needless to say, there was a lot of detailed planning necessary to accommodate all the out of town guests. Throughout the planning process, KAS events assisted Erin & her mother with several money saving tips, time management skills, favor ideas, as well as hospitality and travel arrangements for the out of town guests. With less than two weeks to go, the parents of the bride hired KAS events to assist in a Sunday brunch that they were hosting at their home. KAS events stepped in to provide the extra hands Erin and her family needed to truly enjoy the final day of their wedding weekend! Erin & Tim were married at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, with their reception at The Bridgewater Club in Carmel.
