KAS events began assisting Jennifer & Jimmy early in their wedding planning stages. The wedding ceremony was held at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Zionsville & the Reception followed at The Montage in Indianapolis. KAS events assisted the bride, groom and their families throughout the wedding week-end. They worked closely with the Priest and staff at St. Alphonsus Church prior to the wedding as well as on the actual wedding day. KAS events coordinated the following duties: assisted priest with church rehearsal, purchased and delivered food to beauty salon on Friday, set up a hospitality area for bridal party and family to enjoy at the church, removed flowers and transported them to reception, worked with make-up artist, local florist (Nana’s Village House), videographer (Creative Eye Productions), photographer (Line 11) and Montage staff and removed all wedding gifts and floral arrangements at the end of the reception and delivered them to the Williamson’s home that evening!

What an amazing wedding! Lauren and Andrew’s wedding ceremony was held at The First Baptist Church followed by their elegant reception at the Indiana Roof Ballroom. KAS events assisted with several pre-wedding decisions. They helped to find several of their vendors, designed a wedding plan that was unique and represented the two as a couple and most importantly they were available to assist with all the last minute details during the final weeks/months of planning. Throughout the actual wedding day, KAS events assisted with the preparation of communion for the ceremony, the personal needs of all bridal party members, parents, grandparents and extended family members. KAS events picked up and delivered the floral arrangements to the church from Palmer-Kelley Designs Studio, at the end of ceremony KAS events transported floral arrangements from church to reception, set up gift and place card tables, arranged wedding favors at each place setting, worked hand and hand with the Indiana Roof Ballroom’s staff, removed and secured wedding gifts from reception and delivered them to the parents of the bride that evening!
